Don Bullard Wilmington is the company founder of Don Bullard Insurance Company for over 37 years in Wilmington. Today, he holds the certifications and degrees of Chartered Property and Casualty Underwriter, Chartered Advisor for Senior Living, Chartered Financial Consultant and Chartered Life Underwriter. In his past days, he was in the US Army and was a helicopter pilot for more than two years. He got the rank of a captain at the age of 22 and he bagged distinguished awards such as Flying Crosses, Bronze Star, Army Commendation, 35 Air Medals and a Purple Heart. After being wounded in the Vietnam War, he returned to Wilmington and there he started an insurance agency.
